The building opened in 2015, and has been operating at a consistent 100% occupancy. The building has one and two bedroom unfurnished, fully-applianced apartments, in which all utilities, except electric, are included!

Laundry rooms are conveniently located on each floor, with a fitness center, computer room, beauty salon, and community room located on the main level. In addition to having on-site management, there is a 24-hour emergency maintenance service, as well as a monitored, emergency, pull cord system in each apartment unit.
